The Heart Of Christ
It has been stated that one of the most
segregated days of the week
can take place on a Sunday . . . in churches!
This is just the opposite of how it should be! Why?
Because it is the very heart and vision of Jesus Christ
that there would be a spiritual unity amongst His followers
that is visibly demonstrated in the life of the church
and that is a powerful witness to the world
of the reality of the glory of God's unconditional love
that breaks down and transcends
all cultural, national, social, and racial barriers.
In praying for His followers, Jesus said:
“Father . . . I have given them the glory that you gave me,
that they may be one as we are one . . ."
